Terms of Use

1. Apple's standard license agreement

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

2. Grown-ups and children

Accounts, purchases and settings are for grown-ups and sit behind a parent gate. You are responsible for the device your child plays on, for the parent gate staying closed, and for the information you enter in a child's profile. Nothing in the App is directed at children as a purchase or an offer.

3. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the parent settings; see how to delete your account.

4. Fonki Plus

The App is free to download and part of it is free to play. Fonki Plus unlocks the remaining games and levels through a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and plan lengths are shown in the App before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App or its content, not to interfere with its security, and not to use it in a way that breaks the law.

6. Our content

Fonki, Zipchik, the house, the games, illustrations, voices, music and other content in the App belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them at home, not for commercial use.

7. Changes

We may add, change or remove games and features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the App or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws of your own country.
